per the report, that the department \u201croutinely confers\u201d with market participants and regulators about private credit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investmentcouncil.org\/\">American Investment Council<\/a>\u00a0CEO\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dunhamwill\">Will Dunham<\/a>\u00a0told the publication that private credit funds are well regulated and provide extensive data to federal and state financial regulators.
