href=\"https:\/\/chatgpt.com\/plans\/clinicians\/?openaicom_referred=true\">ChatGPT for Clinicians<\/a> available first in the United States and later in additional countries, it said in a Wednesday (April 22) <a href=\"https:\/\/openai.com\/index\/making-chatgpt-better-for-clinicians\/\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the U.S., ChatGPT for Clinicians is available free to any verified physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or pharmacist.<\/p>\n<p>This version of ChatGPT features free access to advanced AI models for complex clinical questions; the ability to turn common workflows such as referral letters, prior authorizations and patient instructions into reusable skills; and a clinical search function that provides real-time, cited answers, according to the release.<\/p>\n<p>It also provides deep research across medical journals; continuing medical education credits from researching clinical questions; and account security and privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Optional support for HIPAA compliance is available through a Business Associate Agreement.<\/p><div id=\"pymnt-3358230966\" class=\"pymnt-content pymnt-entity-placement\" style=\"margin-top: 50px;\"><p
