has resulted in the debut Key Virtual Card (KeyVC), a virtual commercial card program designed to help businesses more easily monitor and handle payments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cManaging commercial payments can be complex, often requiring businesses to juggle multiple systems and reporting processes,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/rouzbehrotabi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rouzbeh Rotabi<\/a>, Qolo\u2019s chief operating officer, said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKeyVC is designed to reduce that complexity by allowing clients to use virtual cards alongside other treasury tools, with consistent reporting and simplified reconciliation across payment types. Businesses want payment tools that fit naturally into how they already operate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the release, the new offering lets KeyBank\u2019s commercial clients create and manage virtual cards within KeyBank\u2019s Virtual Account Management platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/banking\/2024\/keybank-launches-virtual-account-management-solution-for-treasury-clients\/\">KeyVAM<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By making\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/b2b-payments\/2026\/virtual-cards-target-europes-business-payments-bottleneck\/\">virtual cards<\/a>\u00a0part of the same system clients use for treasury and cash management, the program helps businesses pay suppliers more efficiently while offering stronger spending and reconciliation oversight, the company said.<\/p><div id=\"pymnt-2770651974\" class=\"pymnt-content pymnt-entity-placement\" style=\"margin-top: 50px;\"><p style=\"text-align:center\">Advertisement: Scroll to Continue<\/p><script async type=\"text\/javascript\" id=\"dianomi_context_script\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dianomi.com\/js\/contextfeed.js\"><\/script> \r\n<div class=\"dianomi_context\" data-dianomi-context-id=\"4329\"><\/div><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCommercial clients are increasingly looking for simpler and more controlled ways to manage payments,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/john-withrow-6703a640\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">John Withrow<\/a>, head of commercial cards at KeyBank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBy expanding our partnership with Qolo, we\u2019re making virtual cards easier to use within our existing treasury platforms, helping clients streamline accounts payable, improve visibility, and maintain better control over how and when money is spent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qolo and KeyBank launched KeyVAM in 2024, with the bank making an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/investment-tracker\/2025\/keybank-invests-in-qolo-after-launching-virtual-account-management-solution\/\">equity investment<\/a>\u00a0in Qolo last year.
